Great short game, easy to teach. Surprisingly using a lot of table space for a small box game. Low card numbers in your initial hand of cards can influence the way your possibility to win.
First time purchasing from boardgamebliss... I got many games for gifts for the season.... I have never seen mint condition game boxes anywhere in store or purchased online! All in pristine condition. For the game Everdell it self is wonderful. I'm greatful I have a family member to read and explain the rules. We were all new playing (it is a longer game 3hrs). That being said the possibilities are endless as aspects change minimally (in other words same main goal / objective / rules) but different approachs depending on the games layout. Rules could be little more clear but after watching YouTube videos to get clarity the game is really fun and completely worth it. Very pleased as a player and gift giver :)
This game seems too easy at first but with each passing turn, it gets more strategic and you have to choose your next move carefully. The rules are very simple, high replayability and oh so fun!
