Welcome to your Ready to Ship page! This page shows all your open orders and helps you request shipping when your items are ready.

Here's how it works:

• Available Items - These are items from your orders that are currently in stock and ready to ship. When you're ready, choose a shipping option to send them your way.
• Pre-Order Items - These items are still waiting to arrive at our warehouse. Once they're in stock, they'll move to the "Available Items" section.

Shipping Options:

• Free Shipping - If your available items meet the free shipping threshold for your region, you can ship for free!
• Flat Rate Shipping - If you'd like to ship before reaching the free shipping threshold, you can either pay the flat rate fee on this page OR place a new order on our site with paid shipping. Either way, we'll combine everything and ship it all together!
• Schedule Pickup - Ontario customers can pick up their order from our location in Markham. Click the button to schedule a pickup time.

Good to Know:

• Multiple Addresses? - If your orders have different shipping addresses, you'll need to select one address for all orders before shipping. This ensures everything ships together.
• Already in Packing? - If you see "Already in Packing," it means you've already requested shipping and your order is being prepared. No further action is needed!
