Pre-Order Policy
- Pre-order items are charged at the time the order is placed.
- Prices for pre-order items are subject to change based on final landed costs.
- If the final price is lower, the difference will be refunded to the customer in the form of store credit.
- If the final price is higher, customers will be given the option to either:
- Pay the difference, or
- Cancel the item for a full refund.
- Orders containing pre-order items will be placed on hold until all items in the order are available.
- Once all items have arrived and pricing remains unchanged, the order will be automatically shipped.
- Pre-orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.

It reveals that temperate forests are not only found here in Europe but are spread all over the world in both the northern and southern hemispheres. The puzzle includes several iconic animal species, and yet there are many of the 65 drawn endangered and critically endangered species in this puzzle that you will see for the first time.

Gaia Sorrentino is an experienced wildlife artist who specializes in drawing and painting mammals and birds. With her combined technique of digital and traditional drawing techniques she gives her illustrations a very realistic and unique look. She has already collaborated with several Italian natural reserves and parks for the realization of information boards and publications in the past and was thus the perfect match for our third Endangered Species Puzzle “Temperate Forest”.
