In this adventure for beginner characters, the party arrives in the city of Galley and receives an unexpected mission from Floret Giordano. She has discovered clues suggesting that she may be the rightful heir to the city's founder.
The trail, however, leads far beyond familiar lands. The original city of Galley vanished many years ago, its ruins now lie beyond the borders of Evershade, and its history has been almost completely forgotten.
As the party follows the clues, they become entangled in a complex web of intrigue and competing powers. Their investigation brings them into conflict with the thief-queen Kestrel, ambitious temples and a secret society determined to restore the Forgotten Empire to its former glory.
Note: This is an expansion. The base game is required to play.
