The French Revolution is famous in part for the use of the guillotine to put nobles to death, and this is the macabre subject of this light card game. As executioners pandering to the masses, the players are trying to behead the least popular nobles. Each day the nobles are lined up and players take turns killing the ones at the front of the line until all the nobles are gone. However, players are given cards which will manipulate the line order right before 'harvesting,' which is what makes the game interesting. After three days worth of chopping, the highest total carries the day.

Oldie but goodie!

A light and fun card game that is very unique in my collection. Really glad that I own it and will never part with it.

Nice lil game

A great filler when in between games. Easy to setup and easy to learn.

Lots of fun, especially if you have a dark sense of humour

This game is really easy to learn and quite entertaining. If you find the idea of people being beheaded really unpleasant, this might not be for you. But you can also mostly ignore the theme and just enjoy the cards. The action cards are wonderfully chaotic, and the cards with the "nobles" have a lot of appeal. Everything has good cartoon-ish art. This is really a lot of fun for a simple game that takes a minute to learn, at most.

Warm up game

Really fun and easy to teach beginners and casual gamers. It is also perfect for playing before or in between more lengthy and complicated games. An "appetizer" game.

Giga Robo Rocks!

I have played many mecha vs mecha games and this one definitely plays to the theme of old style giant robots bashing and shooting at each other, taking cover behind buildings and being thrown into them too. There are plenty of variations when combining the pilotsbwith a robot as well as their own pilot and robot decks that are combined to hopefully form the ultimate fighting deck to take on any adversary. Go Robo!

Sleeves are OK

pretty standard sleeves, but the sizes are not all the same, as i noticed some sleeves were more difficult to put on my cards than others

This is a life saver

This is the second Power Pack I have purchased for Small World. The game is already awesome and this additional group of races and abilities is just WOW.

Haven’t tried all heroes, villains or locations yet but from what I have tried it has been great! Looking forward to trying them all out
