Pre-Order Policy
- Pre-order items are charged at the time the order is placed.
- Prices for pre-order items are subject to change based on final landed costs.
- If the final price is lower, the difference will be refunded to the customer in the form of store credit.
- If the final price is higher, customers will be given the option to either:
- Pay the difference, or
- Cancel the item for a full refund.
- Orders containing pre-order items will be placed on hold until all items in the order are available.
- Once all items have arrived and pricing remains unchanged, the order will be automatically shipped.
- Pre-orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- If a pre-ordered item becomes unavailable (e.g., the publisher cancels the product), a full refund will be issued.
- Pre-orders may be cancelled and refunded by customers or the store.
- For transactions that are no longer eligible for direct refunds due to payment processor limitations, a store credit will be issued instead.

Our storage solution for The Others™ Team expansions provides storage for heroes, hero dashboards, map tiles, and acolytes.
This storage solution provides:
- storage for eleven (11) map tiles in the base insert
- storage for two (2) acolyte boards in the base insert
- storage area for twelve(12) hero dashboards
- storage for as many as fourteen (14) heroes
- 1x removable small storage tray with storage for twelve (12) acolyte minis
Your remaining Team components (story boards, dice, cards, etc.) should be stored in the base game insert (OTHERS-001).
If you own everything, you will need two (2) of these inserts. You will also need to store one set of acolytes (12x) in one of your Sin inserts (OTHSIN-001).
Product Notes
- Due to the size of this kit, it requires a medium flat-rate box. You should purchase this kit when you purchase the base unit to ensure the best shipping rate.
- This insert is constructed of HDF (wood product) and is natural colored. HDF does not contain a wood grain as it is a constructed wood product.
- Insert assembly requires some wood glue and about 25 minutes of assembly time. I recommend Sobo Craft glue or another comparable quick setting, tacky glue.
- This product is not officially licensed. All marks are the property of their respective owners.
