Black DOG features gameplay reminiscent of DOG, which is itself part of the Pachisi/Sorry! family of games, with players playing cards to remove their pieces around the game board to reach home.
In Black DOG, however, players must beware of the black dog token that can run over your tokens before they can reach safety.
