Kluster DUO is an incredibly fun family-friendly dexterity game! The large, unstable “spinner” magnets can be used alone or as an expansion for Kluster.

Kluster's rules are extremely simple. However, they allow for many strategic possibilities! Take turns placing a magnet inside the string. But be careful because you collect all the magnets that stick together. The first one to get rid of their magnets wins!

DUO contains 12 magnets, much larger than the classic Kluster magnets, for 2 players. However, thanks to the Kluster+ rules included, it's possible to combine several games to bring even more players together! So DUO can be used as an extension to Kluster Classic for up to 6 players.

DUO also features an Expert Mode for more competitive Kluster games than ever!

Good Gameplay - poor production

Adds options to a good-ish game. But the same production issues exist along the entire product line. Mice type, poor rule books. And the price is quite out of line with what is provided. It's a shame really as this has the potential to be a top 100 ga.me.

Silly filler fun

Keep your expectation low with this silly filler then you will be happy. A very compact package. Dice are fairly small and their colors are muted with pips contrast being on the low side. They all make this game very challenging even you got 50/50 eye sight.

These Fromage tokens are not cheesy!

The wooden Fromage tokens are a great addition to the game simply because they are easier to manipulate than the cardboard punch-out tokens. They are well made just as the picture shows. The one thing I wish they had done is to silk-screen both side with black ink. As it is one side is blank

Really fun game

I really like this game. It reminds me of Railroad Ink which I really enjoy. I've played this multiple times with a variety of people. It's easy to teach and easy to play but still complex. I haven't played all the "chapters" but looking forward to playing them.

Luck of the dice

A dice manipulation game, each Labor has different criteria that needs to be met in order to damage and defeat. It could be a specific die, such as a 5 or a 6, adding dice to make a certain number, pairs of a certain number, etc. As you progress through the Labor cards, you add more Hercules die (what you as the player are rolling) and the Labor die (the ones you need to decrease in order to defeat).

Production value is great. Cards are thick and beautiful with gold embossing. The Labor cards have corresponding Lore cards that share the story of Hercules' journey. They are interesting but not necessary to read in order to complete the labor cards. Card size is nice, box is small, dice are nice colours - gold & teal.

I've rated this a 3/5 because it's a lot of 'luck of the dice', which is not my preferred game type (thought I'd try it in a solo game). Yes, you have cards that help you manipulate the dice rolled, but I've had multiple rolls where I was unable to manipulate any dice to what I needed. This resulted in reaching the skull icon (game end) on the labor card or the Spirit track. The mood cards can really make or break your progress and are randomly drawn at the beginning of a new Labor card. I've played multiple times and I've only managed to make it through about half the Labor cards. I will play again, but I am losing interest.
