When the sun rises over the jungle in Puzzle-Memo, its light illuminates the animals which live there.
In the center of the table, a game board shows the silhouettes of various animals of different sizes (1-4 tiles big). The tiles with the illuminated animals are shuffled and placed near the bottom of the board. Players take turns flipping over a tile and checking whether it fits in the bottom row of the board. If yes, they place it; if not, they place it face down near the top of the board. Players can choose whether they want to flip open tiles from the bottom or from the top, but tiles can only be placed if all spaces below them have already been filled. Some tiles have special functions when they are flipped open.
A player who manages to complete an animal moves their pawn along a victory point track. Pawns will be stacked and can carry other pawns toward victory. When the jungle is fully in the sunlight, the player whose pawn went furthest wins.
