Pre-Order Policy

This is Kingdom Rush: Rift in Time Promo in Man vs Meeple Season 3 on Kickstarter.
During the game play, each hero can use their own special ability.
This promo card is sort of special ability which Magnus(one of heroes) can use.(Probably)
Because of unreleased card, I'm not sure which hero will use this ability.
But the effect of ability is concern with magical damage, so I guess it might be belong to Magnus.
