Love what do you meme

Good little expansion pack for a great game!

Drop Drive

The next interaction of the Dungeon Drop series. Love the space theme. Various ways to play and change the game giving it awesome replay ability.

Great game but board came damaged

Haven't gotten it to the table yet. The quality of the components is awesome, especially the dice tower.

When I opened my copy the first thing I noticed was that the game board was lifting along one of the open folds in several places. It was very sad to see. The game is still playable, but I need to be careful with the board so the top printed layer of the game board doeant tear.

Good game, tough rulebook

The game is good, with a couple of caveats.
The scenarios available do not offer the flexibility one might hope (you choose scenarios with prescribed factions opposing each other rather than choosing what group you want to play).
The number of them available makes up for this, but if you are playing with just two players, there are only so many scenarios available before you have to play multiple forces. There are enough of them to keep you busy for some time.

The rulebook is constructed in a way that makes it handy to locate certain rules, but difficult to learn from. It makes the game feel far more complicated than it is. The player reference sheets are handy and nice, but leave out some basic things and will be more useful on your second or third game.

All and all, lots of value here.. a nice production, lots of variability, some classic war game vibes with fun unusual twists. Worth playing if you can be patient with the rulebook for a couple of long afternoons until you get the hang of it.

An interesting variant take on project L

80+% of this game is project L, the other 20% however is entirely within the strategy layer. This makes it insanely fast to teach project L players but still different enough that learning effective gameplay is completely different.

As a game of its own it's pretty good, it does a good job of being an efficiency puzzle, without being solvable.
