What’s Changing:
We have transitioned to a new shipping system for all orders shipping to the U.S. or outside of Canada. This system will calculate and collect duties and taxes during checkout.
Benefits of the New System:
- Duties and taxes will be clearly displayed and collected at checkout—giving you full visibility of the total landed cost.
- You will not receive any additional invoices from couriers, resulting in a smoother, more transparent experience.
Important Limitations:
- Orders cannot be modified once placed. Cancellations are possible before shipping, but we will not be able to hold, merge, split, or add to existing orders.
- Existing orders will continue to ship under the current system, where FedEx may collect duties and taxes after delivery.
- Pre-orders will ship once all items in the order are available, and will be fulfilled in a single shipment.
