Pre-Order Policy
- Pre-order items are charged at the time the order is placed.
- Prices for pre-order items are subject to change based on final landed costs.
- If the final price is lower, the difference will be refunded to the customer in the form of store credit.
- If the final price is higher, customers will be given the option to either:
- Pay the difference, or
- Cancel the item for a full refund.
- Orders containing pre-order items will be placed on hold until all items in the order are available.
- Once all items have arrived and pricing remains unchanged, the order will be automatically shipped.
- Pre-orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- If a pre-ordered item becomes unavailable (e.g., the publisher cancels the product), a full refund will be issued.
- Pre-orders may be cancelled and refunded by customers or the store.
- For transactions that are no longer eligible for direct refunds due to payment processor limitations, a store credit will be issued instead.

All items are 3D printed in black PLA filament and do NOT come painted. Please Note: 3D Printed Parts are not like Injection Molded Parts. They may have minor surface imperfections, blemishes, etc.
Version 2.0 is here! Elevating your Dungeon Trays reduce table space and makes it easier for players to read the cards. I found it difficult to strategize during my first play, as I couldn't read the cards on the other side of the table. The Dungeon Tray Stands eliminate this problem. Stack one stand on top of the box lid, creating a tiered effect or set them side by side. Each stand comes apart and store flat in the box. The Dungeon Tray Stand set includes:
2 Dungeon Tray stands with card shelves.
VERSION 2.0 ADDS: 4 card shelves to go underneath the cards for players who use thicker sleeves. Now the cards won't slide out! They can be used with either the flat lip or angled corner facing outward. The lid will still close with these peices in place. I personally glued mine in place.
