Pre-Order Policy
- Pre-order items are charged at the time the order is placed.
- Prices for pre-order items are subject to change based on final landed costs.
- If the final price is lower, the difference will be refunded to the customer in the form of store credit.
- If the final price is higher, customers will be given the option to either:
- Pay the difference, or
- Cancel the item for a full refund.
- Orders containing pre-order items will be placed on hold until all items in the order are available.
- Once all items have arrived and pricing remains unchanged, the order will be automatically shipped.
- Pre-orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- If a pre-ordered item becomes unavailable (e.g., the publisher cancels the product), a full refund will be issued.

"Temperate Treetops" focuses on the diverse, highly specialized fauna of the treetops of temperate mixed and coniferous forests. All jigsaw puzzles from the "Wildlife Collection" together form one large artwork, celebrating the beauty of wildlife.
The story behind the Wildlife Collection
The wildlife Collection originates from the precise hand of the legendary puzzle artist - John Francis. Together they form an epochal masterpiece consisting of 8,000 pieces and several hundred illustrated animal species. The entire collection dates from a time before the internet and digital image editing thus every detail is hand-drawn and unaltered. Since this unique collection was no longer available worldwide, we have searched for the original art pieces and were successful. These masterful puzzles got realized with the help of the Kickstarter community and can now once again returne into the hands of puzzle fans and collectors around the globe. Thanks to modern printing processes, the entire collection shines with greater precision and colour intensity than ever before. As with all our products, high quality, yet sustainable production is guaranteed.
