Insert compatible with Rallyman: DIRT®, including the 110%®, Climb®, Co-Pilot Pack®, R4®, R5® and Rx® expansions. The design provides both efficient storage and improved game play. Many of the trays can be utilized during the game, and they greatly aid set-up and clear-away times. The rule books act as a lid on top of the trays.

The insert is arranged in up to three layers. This product also includes two cardboard tuck boxes for storing separately the hexagon map tiles.

The insert trays have space for all the game components. The time cards tray has space for all cards to be sleeved. The two dashboard token trays also have an additional slot at the end for spare damage tokens and the grey oxygen/cloud/climb tokens.

Each player receives their own tray for their colour player pieces, including the three car miniatures. The two large card trays have space for all cards to be sleeved, and have large side dips to give easy access to the cards.

FS-RMDIRT includes two cardboard tuck boxes for storage of all the map tiles. These can be stored on your shelf next to the game, and have a print design in keeping with the game box.

The two tuck boxes are supplied in flat-pack form and need some assembly. Firstly open the box and fold back all the crease lines so that the box stands square. You next need to fit the box bottom pieces together. Start with the long rectangular piece, followed by the side flaps, and lastly insert the piece with a tab as shown. We recommend gluing the box bottom tabs together to improve strength as the map tiles are heavy.

Once the insert trays are packed into the box you need to place the damage token bag on top of one stack of cards and add the six dashboards on top of the dashboard token trays as shown. Then simply place all the rule books on top of the insert (note that there is room for just one language version of the rule books). Once fully loaded the box is filled to the top, allowing for vertical storage.
