Pre-Order Policy
- Pre-order items are charged at the time the order is placed.
- Prices for pre-order items are subject to change based on final landed costs.
- If the final price is lower, the difference will be refunded to the customer in the form of store credit.
- If the final price is higher, customers will be given the option to either:
- Pay the difference, or
- Cancel the item for a full refund.
- Orders containing pre-order items will be placed on hold until all items in the order are available.
- Once all items have arrived and pricing remains unchanged, the order will be automatically shipped.
- Pre-orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- If a pre-ordered item becomes unavailable (e.g., the publisher cancels the product), a full refund will be issued.
- Pre-orders may be cancelled and refunded by customers or the store.
- For transactions that are no longer eligible for direct refunds due to payment processor limitations, a store credit will be issued instead.

Escape Master is a fast-paced real-time speed card game that blends elements from classic speed card games like Dutch Blitz and modern games with a theme and storyline. The game experience was designed for maximal fun, screams, and fierce competition.
Escape Master is set in the Vapor Isles where each player takes on the role of an Escape Leader. Each Escape Leader competes to set the most captives free from the clutches of the Doom Master while committing the fewest blunders. Too many blunders and the Doom Master discovers and destroys the only way of escape ending the game.
The basic mechanic is simple. Players play numbered cards in ascending or descending order on stacks as fast as possible in order to be the first player to play every card in their hand. Any cards left in a player's hand at the end of a round count as blunders against them. The player with the fewest blunders when the blunder breaking point is reached wins. Special cards such as traps and dead ends add a twist to the game making it more difficult for players to escape. Various card combinations and asymmetric Escape Leader abilities also add an additional level of complexity and fun to the game.
