The artwork is excellent, quality is there and the price is perfect.
Oak is not a simple worker placement which makes it more fun. Can you afford this action before taking it? No? Try another option.
The player aid card for each player is a great help! Shows what order actions are taken throughout the round and the opposite side of the aid card gives a quick reference how the elders work.
UPDATED: The more I play this game, the more I enjoy it! Multiple ways to score points. Nearly everything you can do will earn you points or make you lose points! You literally go down a points path (Oak tree branch) to cash in on the work you have done in taking actions.
The theme is enjoyable and the artwork is fun to look at. People climbing up the tree, others brewing the potions while some are taking a walk or having a picnic.
You need to be cautious with the actions you take, it may end your round early or it can extend it to the make the most of it. This game might be fiddly at first glance and play through. When you become organized and don't disrupt your player board, it will be ok.
One warning, be careful with your player board! Don't bump it or your resource markers will move and you'll lose track of where they were.
