Bullet: Orange brings 4 new heroines to the game, and represents the first tabletop appearance of famous characters from the Orange Juice franchise, with characters from top-rated Orange Juice titles Sora, Flying Red Barrel, SUGURI, and QP-shooting - Dangerous!! all making appearances in the new game.

I got Bullet Orange mostly because I used to play the associated Orange Juice titles years ago, so it's a nice expansion for me. Not difficult to play, great addition for anyone looking to add more to their Bullet experience. Side note that you do require Heart or Star since the expansion only comes with the characters, not the bullets.
More characters are always good.
These feel more beginner friendly - so advanced and non-completionist collectors could probably skip.
Marc is probably my favorite boss for solo play though - so YMMV :)

Came as expected and they look nicer in person than internet pictures !
A nice two player cooperative game, decent parts and feel. Wish that the ADI and switches were integrated into the board (so that you don't have to add them every time... if you leave them in they fall out and are easy to loose).
But beyond that not many complaints. Is it a realistic Simulation no, is it Simply enjoyable yes.
