Solid little cozy chill game, very satisfying to see the tableau at the end.
Cats, chimneys, and potted plants never meant much when you spotted them on a walk through town, but now they all factor into your strategy. A pleasing game with lots of choices but a limited budget, easy to teach but satisfying to puzzle out. Various options to increase the difficulty as you gain experience make this a great introductory game. Also, who doesn't like a colourful game with Santa Claus, pizza, and ice cream shops?
Really enjoy this game, very colorful, beautiful art! Easy to teach, filler with meat. There is a set collection element, so happy I found this game.
Walking in Burano is a light tableau building game. You are constructing a neighbourhood of coloured houses on the isle of Burano in Italy. Tourist and inhabitant cards give you bonus for certain features on your houses (ie. flowers, awnings, cats, street lamps) etc. This game scales well (I've played it with 2) and played the solo variant. It is light, easy to teach and plays fairly quickly. Recommended.
Beautiful simple game that anyone can play
