My 16yo and 13yo really enjoy it. Very quick to teach. Fun and quick to play. A big hit. The game tiles are top quality. The playing boards are not thick but are still good. All the art work is engaging.
Great game for groups. It's roll and move, like Snakes and Ladders, but the power interactions make it interesting. The decision-making is light but meaningful and mostly occurs upfront. Once the races start, some decisions still need to be made, but mostly it's roll and watch the carnage commence.
This game is super simple yet offers the right amount of push your luck. You'll have a choice between sacrificing animals to push your luck, picking more animals to score bigger points or even attempt that full sausage fest for max points...but be careful you might end up only scoring minimal points.....the sausages can be the heroes or quickly become your worst enemy.
