It says 8+, but I played with my kids (4 and 5) letting them make the decisions after reading the cards to them. Also for afternoon phase, just letting them point at available actions and letting them know if they could do it or not, and what they were doing.
Good 1 hour segments. 4 year old gets a bit restless by year end.
