Products from the order came as expected (mat and some other items) but honestly, it was packaged so lazily. All the contents were hastily wrapped in paper and thrown in a large box. None of it was damaged but i was very unimpressed by how it was thrown together.
Not quite ready to bump this one to a 5. Lots of chaining events together and almost like maybe one too many steps or options. I like the game just not ready to go 4/5 status at this moment.
Absolutely perfect one.
I would like to buy a second when it will be available once again.
I love the combo of long-term deck-building and tableau-building each round (“day”) in this game. The art is gorgeous and the mechanics are very thematic. It’s great fun to play, without a lot of downtime.
Please note that the theme, as represented on a small percentage of the game’s cards is not exactly kid-friendly; there are references to addiction, mental illness, sex work, and STDs on a few of the cards. This was not an issue for my group, but might be for yours!
