I’m disappointed with the quality of the components. This is an expensive game, and the cards feel flimsy. I think they’ll bend after just a few plays.
Fantastic dungeon crawl experience, packed into a tiny box. At the end of our first play we were cursing and then high fiving and then cursing again. This gets to the table easy, but still has depth and replay value.
Heard so many good things about this game that I broke down and bought it in the French Edition because that’s all that was available. It lives up to the hype! You can easily link to the English rules and the cards are generally language independent. Such a balance of playing what works for you but making sure your teammates are set up as well so that nobody runs out of cards while you’re still advancing towards the end goal. Which deck to take because you might want certain cards but the Eternal will block the playing of a specific number or colour. Five stars for sure!
These coins have beautiful detail to them and are a perfect fit for the game. They aren't quite as heavy as I expected for the price point, but they feel good in the hand and don't feel excessively light. I appreciate being able to upgrade my Lords of Waterdeep game.
