Fun introductory war game

I quite like this game. Rules are easy to learn and game allows some strategic moves with the use of cards. Great introductory war game that is fun to play.

Don’t know you need it till you play a few times

The long tracks really free up the rest of your pieces to be creative with. And the long stretches make for Hail Mary moments!

So useful. One of the reasons I prefer BGB over other boardgames suppliers.

Super Fun Wizard Battle

Wiz-War is a fun, crazy, somewhat random, wizard battling game. Don't take this one seriously. Just play, and watch the zaniness unfold.

There are two drawbacks for me, anyway. This version is a massive step backward in component quality from eighth edition. If you want a copy of that, however, you're going to have to pay an outrageous price. On the other hand, this version is priced fairly reasonably. Second drawback is you may find the game goes a little long.

Overall though, this edition of Wiz-War is fun. It is also a streamlined offering over some previously bloated versions.
