I love the detail and historical accuracy of this game. The production values for this game are very high.
Only market cards, and that's ok. Some of these are more useful then others but you never know what kind of combos you can pull.

Having played Mysterium many times, but not owning a copy myself, I was hesitant to buy this one as there are many changes. Having now played it, I prefer this version to the original. We never really enjoyed the wager/betting mechanic in the original game, trying to vote who is correct and who isn't, so we usually left that part out. I find the overall game shorter in Mysterium Park (one less component - weapon - to solve, and therefore fewer rounds to find the solution). Playing with fewer people is a bit more of a challenge (unlike the original game, the amount of options varies depending on player count, whereas this one always has a 9-tile grid of options), but the artwork and main mechanic of the game is the same: one person guides their teammates to the correct suspect and location. A fun game in large groups - we love the cooperative style and open-endedness of this game. It is a condensed, yet improved, version of the original.
