Found a copy of Carcassonne (base game) at a local thrift store for a few bucks... so of course scooped it up! Decided that this would be the copy we bring camping with the family, so picked up a pack of these sleeves to help protect the tiles from the elements of being outdoors (dirt, dropped on the ground, potential rain, etc). It is very easy to slide the tile in. The sleeve hugs the tile well with no extra space. The adhesive flap gives some extra coverage and seals very well. When playing Carcassone there is very little space between tiles so really doesn't change anything. Have even played with these and un-sleeved tiles and the game worked great. A great product!
