In Jaws, one player takes on the role of the killer shark off Amity Island, while the other 1-3 players take on the roles of Brody, Hooper and Quint to hunt the shark. Character and event cards define player abilities and create game actions for humans and the shark. Gameplay is divided into two acts — Amity Island and The Orca — to replicate the film's story:

In the Amity Island phase, the shark menaces swimmers and avoids capture. Other players attempt to pinpoint the shark's location and save swimmers from shark attacks.
In the Orca phase, played on the reverse side of the game board, Brody, Hooper and Quint are aboard the sinking ship engaging in a climactic battle against the shark, while using additional action and strategy cards to defend the Orca from targeted shark attacks.

If humans kill the shark, they win; if the shark attack on the Orca succeeds, the great white shark wins.

It is not listed as used, which I also paid a full price, but in the end, the box I got is not brand new, and it should be.

Great Hidden Movement game

Super simple to learn, and satisfying gameplay.
Says you can play with 4, but i think it's best with 2, as the human players don't have very long turns, and need to coordinate with each other so it may feel like one person playing

exciting game just like the movie

if you a jaws fan then this game is definitely for you. I only played with my husband but it'll be more fun with 4 people.
Replayability of the game is high as you can rotate being a shark or the 3 characters.

Stay out of the water!!

This game is played in less than an hour and boy it just keeps you moving. The mechanics are simple but tight. Theme really comes through. I would say it is just a bit tougher to win as the shark but hey, that's the way the movies went right..eat up everybody but blow up in the end. Surprisingly fun fun fun

A huge jaws fan

It's like living out the movie. The two acts are brimming with theme and give you a complete jaws experience. Played with the family and it was a hit for all ages. A good price for the amount of game you get with this. Highly recommended

Great Edition To The Game

Another great deck. This one takes off some of the sharper edges from the base game and replaces them with carrots on sticks that sometimes wind up still having sharp edges. Love it!

Good and small enough and not too tall to put into another box.

Excellent Game

This game is easy to learn and very fun, yet still fairly complex and will be enjoyable for experienced gamers as well as beginners. The components are all high quality, and the art is beautiful. The gameplay is unique and highly satisfying. I highly recommend Crusaders: Thy Will be Done.
