Light card shedding in which each player selects a numbered card from his/her and all players simultaneously reveal their cards. The card numerically closest to the 'target' card will 'win' a round (and earns the targeted card for scoring based on chili peppers), other cards that fall within a safe zone/gap (e.g., if the cards either side of the target were 29 and 62, then any number from 30-61 is safe) will be safely discarded, and those outside the range will be penalized. You can see the 'target' cards that are coming up and the 'safe' ranges so you can plan forward.
