For those who uses the Hold order discount code to hold order, we have changed the way on how to hold orders. Instead of using the discount code "Hold". Please add this $0 item to the order instead to indicate you want to hold the order. When we see this item in the order we will not ship the order until later there is another order without this item. Shipping charge will also not be charged when this item is in the order.
This allows the use of other discount code with holding order and also bypass some bugs that we've experienced.
